Shipping Time

The average shipping time for one of our machines is between 7-14 business days after the order has been placed, though this is not guaranteed. If parts are back ordered, or out of stock, shipping time may vary from an additional 7-14 business days. You will be notified if the order is delayed for any reason.

Tracking

Once your order has been placed, and the computer has been shipped out, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number via Paypal.

Insurance

All machines are insured for their full value through UPS.

Disclaimer

Although most of our deliveries fall within the 7-14 business day range, we do not fully guarantee that time frame, nor do we offer refunds if that time frame is not met. All shipping refunds are handled through UPS and must be taken up with them if your order is late. All orders are fully insured, and in the event of shipping damage, the claims processes is handled by us. No sweat.
